Turnover Wedding Planning and Coordination
- Work out the overall budget with the couple
- Track payment dues and balances of suppliers
- Provide schedule and timeline of the wedding planning
- Regular status check of the planning process
- Scout, negotiate with, and book suppliers
- Request for portfolio, rates and service quotes of suppliers
- Join key meetings with suppliers to discuss specific details, such as, but not limited to:
- Meeting w/ Reception Venue – package inclusions, supplier guidelines and passes, ingress & egress
- Meeting w/ Caterer – floor plan layout, seating layout, ingress and egress, food, drinks & alcohol service instructions
- Meeting w/ Wedding Stylist – ingress and egress, mock set-up, layout, lighting
- Meeting w/ Emcee – mood setting, program discussion
- Design, assist and coordinate church ceremony details, such as but not limited to; Seating and processional order of entourage, Picture taking order, Attire and call time of readers and offerors, Ceremony music selections, and Readings and texts for the missalette and ceremony program
- Manage, design and plan all reception program items, such as but not limited to; Program flow with dances, speeches, games, etc., Reception music selections, Music for the program games and special program parts, and Guest management
- Assist in preparing technical scripts, emcee’s script, and program for the reception
- Provide RSVP Services
- On-the-day coordination of wedding day or The Princess
